Bentley Motors crowns Leeds dealer Overall Retailer of the Year

Bentley Motors celebrated its 17-strong UK retailer network at its annual Scorecard Awards, a celebration of sales, aftersales and marketing achievements. Crowned Overall Retailer of the Year, Bentley Leeds picked up three awards on the night.

The Scorecard Awards measures performance based on sales, profitability, service loyalty and customer experience. The winners all received a trophy that was handcrafted in Bentley’s wood shop in Crewe, created in Open Pore Veneer and finished with a Bentley self-levelling wheel badge.

As well as being crowned Overall Retailer of the Year, Bentley Leeds took home the Marketing Retailer of the Year award and the Customer Retention Retailer of the Year award.

The Sales Retailer of the Year award went to Bentley Belfast while the Aftersales Retailer of the Year award was picked up by Bentley Surrey.

Bentley Leicester won two awards on the night, the Mulliner Retailer of the Year award and Financial Services Retailer of the Year award.

The Customer Experience Retailer of the Year award was given to Bentley High Wycombe and Pre-owned Retailer of the Year was awarded to Bentley Birmingham.
