Arnold Clark has announced its third expansion move in a month with the opening of new Renault and Dacia sites in Liverpool and the Wirral.
Earlier this month it announced that it had bought Wingrove Motor Company for an undisclosed sum.
Wingrove Motor Company Limited has been serving the needs of North East motorists since 1925, when the company was founded on the West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Wingrove has four centres in the North East, including showrooms in Silverlink, North Tyneside, and Fenham and Newcastle. It also has a bodyshop in Cramlington. The group represents Citroen, Peugeot and Jeep.
Also in December, Arnold Clark announced it is to represent US sports car brand Corvette in Glasgow and Altrincham.
The showrooms will host cars specifically built for the UK market with right-hand drive models available for the first time.
David Munton, brand director at Arnold Clark, said: “We’re very excited to open two new branches, making it even easier for customers in the area to access the Arnold Clark network.
“Our customers can expect great value for money and excellent service at the new locations, and of course, a fantastic selection of new and used cars.’
“Our expert sales staff will be on hand to talk our customers through our range of new and used cars and all their amazing features, perfectly showcased in our modern showroom.”
