The Geely Monjaro EM-i will make its European debut at the Paris Motor Show on 12 October.

It is Geely Auto’s first global plug-in hybrid SUV in the D-segment and combines advanced hybrid technology, long-range capability and a premium SUV experience.

Michael Yang, managing director of Geely Auto UK said: “With the Monjaro EM-i making its European debut at the Paris Motor Show next week, Geely Auto will use the show to demonstrate not only where the brand is today, but where it is heading next: towards a new era of intelligent, electrified and globally connected mobility.

“We are entering an exciting new chapter for Geely Auto, combining distinctive design, intelligent technology and electrified powertrains with a clear ambition to offer customers more choice”.

The Monjaro EM-i will be the centrepiece of the Geely Auto stand.

The naming concept of the Monjaro EM-i is inspired by Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro.

Rising above the equatorial landscape, its pure, snow-covered summit embodies the harmony of grandeur and purity, strength and restraint.

Rooted in the philosophy “Peak Within. Drive Beyond.”, the Geely Monjaro EM-i represents an ethos of ambition and composure.

The Monjaro EM-i will be joined on the Geely Auto stand by three models spanning the brand’s electrified offering: The Geely EX2, Geely EX5, and the Geely Starray EM-i.
