JCT600 sales trainees have completed their three-month classroom training and will not work full time in dealerships.
The trainees were recruited in June to get their basic training in course work and general duties.
“There’s been plenty happening for our latest group of Trainee Sales Customer Advisors. ????
“Back in June, we welcomed ten new trainees to JCT600, who have spent the last three months learning the ins and outs of the business, developing their sales skills and getting to grips with what great customer experience looks like.
“They’ve also been putting their learning into practice across our dealerships, from shadowing experienced colleagues and getting to know our systems, to meeting customers, supporting test drives and helping with vehicle handovers.
“Having now completed their classroom training, they’ll be putting everything they’ve learnt into practice as they continue their journey with brand partners including Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Kia and Audi.
A big welcome to Frank, Alfie, Sami, Matthew, Will, Steven, Freya, Chloe, Bill and Joseph. We’re looking forward to seeing how you continue to develop over the coming months.”
