West Riding Group has acquired Blackpool Hyundai and Blackpool Kia from Chorley Group for an undisclosed sum.
The deal takes its Hyundai partnership to five outlets and marks the group’s first Kia franchise.
Nick Wright, managing director of West Riding Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Blackpool Hyundai and Blackpool Kia into the West Riding family.
“Reaching five Hyundai sites is a fantastic milestone, and this marks the start of an exciting new chapter with Kia.
“We’re looking forward to building on the strong reputation both sites have earned in Blackpool.”
Both dealerships will continue operating from their current location, with further investment plans to be announced in due course.
