The Sir Arnold Clark Summer Fund is now open for applications.
It has partnered with Cash for Kids West Scotland to support young people during the school holidays.
Russell Borrie, Chief Executive Officer at Arnold Clark, said: “We’re delighted to once again team up with Cash for Kids West Scotland to help make a difference this summer.
“Sir Arnold was a passionate advocate for numerous charitable causes, and we’re honoured to continue the Sir Arnold Clark Summer Fund.
“This funding can make a real difference in creating opportunities and memorable experiences for young people who need it most, and we’re excited to support more incredible projects this year.”
This year, grants of up to £5,000 are available. Two successful applicants will receive funding – one award of £5,000 and a second of £2,500.
Last year’s recipients included YMCA Bellshill and Mossend, and Childcare in the Community, based within Whitehill Neighbourhood Centre.
Both charities used the funding to deliver engaging and supportive activities for young people in their communities.
Applications will remain open until 6pm on 22 May.
