Steven Eagell Group picks up three Lexus Awards

Steven Eagell Group secured three awards at the annual Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards.

Lexus Ipswich picked up Best New Car Customer Experience Management Award, Lexus Hatfield won Overall New Car Sales Performance Award and Lexus Tunbridge Wells was awarded the Marketing Award.

Lexus Centre of Excellence winners demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and the highest levels of customer care, reflecting the high standards that define the Lexus experience.

Receiving a Centre of Excellence Award highlights a Lexus retailer’s ability to combine strong commercial performance with outstanding customer satisfaction, setting a benchmark for others across the network.

The Group operates 32 Toyota and 11 Lexus Centres across the UK.
