Lithia UK will reopen its Nottingham head office, following a £3.6million seven-month renovation project, on Monday 16 March 2026.
The office will be reopened with a ribbon cutting ceremony by Operations President, Neil Williamson.
Williamson said: “We are excited to welcome colleagues back to Loxley House following this extensive renovation project.
“This multi-million-pound investment demonstrates our commitment to growth, powered by people, and this results in a head office that will encourage innovation and continue to drive our success.”
Loxley House will now have capacity for 532 colleagues, with over 400 parking spaces, visitor parking and EV charging bays.
The modern offices are equipped with multiple meeting rooms and comfortable workstations ready to welcome staff.
Steven Johnson, Head of Construction, said: “After months of construction working with a team of contractors and consultants, we are looking forward to reopening the doors of Loxley House.
“It is now a stunning commercial workplace that is both fit for purpose today and future proof for tomorrow, as the business continues to expand.
We are proud to have reinvested over £3 million in the local area and to be able to continue expanding on our business roots here in the East Midlands.”
