The Kona Electric is now eligible for the Government’s Electric Car Grant.
Every Kona Electric now qualifies1 for the Electric Car Grant Band 2, providing £1,500 off the on-the-road purchase price.
As well as providing retail customers with a £1,500 saving, customers choosing a KONA Electric via Motability will now see their advance payment reduce to £749.

The Hyundai Electric Grant, launched in July 2025, is still available across the Hyundai’s award-winning electric range3, offering £3,750 off all models of INSTER and £1,500 off all models of IONIQ 5, 5 N, IONIQ 6, 6 N and IONIQ 9.
