WSG expands telesales operations and drives into Europe

Warranty Solutions Group (WSG) has expanded its telesales operation and now has a seven-strong team in place with plans to grow this to 20.

The enlarged telesales team has been created to support dealers by focusing on warranty upsell.

In response to dealer feedback, the team provides a dedicated resource to manage warranty conversations where dealerships prefer additional support, allowing sales staff to remain focused on the vehicle transaction.

WSG is accelerating its expansion into Europe, with Spain identified as the first priority market.

The move has been driven by existing UK dealer clients that have relocated or expanded operations overseas.

It will enable WSG to replicate its proven warranty model in new markets, while maintaining consistency in service, compliance and customer experience.

John Colinswood, CEO at WSG said: “We’ve seen warranty sales grow phenomenally year on year, which is a clear signal that both dealers and consumers recognise the value of protection in the current market.

“Expanding our telesales team allows us to support that demand more effectively and build the infrastructure needed to scale the business.
