Wilson and Co and Drayton Motors have moved their digital document management platform to iStoreDOCS.

The groups, whose parent is RTJK, said digital documentation was becoming central to sales and compliance processes.

RTJK has ten dealerships operating across Lincolnshire, Greater Manchester, and Lancashire, representing brands including Kia, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Suzuki, KGM, Omoda, Jaecoo and BYD.

Gareth Grasham, group sales manager at RTJK, said: “We wanted a partner that was closer to our business and genuinely committed to flexibility, personal support and service.

“Moving to iStoreDOCS has given us that. The process of changing systems was far easier than expected, and the support from the Mad Devs team throughout the transition was excellent. It feels like a platform that will evolve with us, rather than something we have to work around.”

The transition has been delivered in partnership with Mad Devs, with a focus on minimising disruption to day-to-day operations across the group’s dealerships.

iStoreDOCS provides dealers with a secure digital document management system that supports the full sales and aftersales process.

The platform allows customers to upload identification and supporting paperwork, review and sign documents remotely, and complete required compliance steps within a single, structured workflow.

For dealerships, the technology reduces manual administration, improves visibility over document completion and creates clear audit trails to support FCA requirements.

iStoreDOCS forms a core part of the Connect platform from Mad Devs, linking digital documentation with lead management and conversion tools to support a consistent journey from initial enquiry through to deal completion.
