Waylands has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Catherine Edge to the role of Group HR Manager.
She will be responsible for driving the people agenda at Waylands, with a focus on colleague development, strengthening organisational culture and building capability across the business.
Edge said: “I am delighted to have joined Waylands as Group HR Manager. I look forward to working closely with colleagues across the group to support our people, strengthen our culture, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.”
The appointment follows the recent addition of three new franchises and two new locations in mid-2025.
The Group now represents seven brands across 16 franchise representation points across the South.
