Phill Jones, Chief Operating Officer of Motors & Cazoo, will leave the business at the end of March.

Jones has been with the business since 2010 and departs to take up a CEO position within the automotive sector.

He said: “After an incredible 15 years with MOTORS, I will be leaving for an exciting new opportunity.

“I have so many amazing memories over my time with the business which has grown tenfold by revenue and generated millions of leads for our dealer partners.

“The last year has been a real highlight with the new Cazoo platforms and multiple records broken. While it is bittersweet to leave with so much opportunity ahead, I am confident the amazing team here will take it to the next level in 2026 and beyond.

Motors & Cazoo will recruit a new commercial leader and Jones will support this process.

Barry Judge, CEO of MOTORS & Cazoo, said: “Phill’s contribution to the management and growth of MOTORS & Cazoo is immeasurable. Without him, it would not be the business we know today.

“He has been an inspirational leader and played a pivotal role in building long lasting partnerships across the dealer community. I would like to thank him for his outstanding contribution and wish him every success in his future career.

“I would like to thank all the partners, suppliers and team members I’ve had the pleasure to work with over the years and wish them every success for the future.”
