Emil Bos has been promoted to director of dealer operations at Ford UK & Ireland.
Bos is responsible for Dealer representation, Sales Planning & Distribution, Operations and Henry Ford Academy for Britain and Ireland
He had been director of Ford Pro in the Netherlands where he was responsible for the commercial vehicle business, driving innovation in electrification and implementing advanced connected services and mobility solutions.
Under his leadership, Ford Pro achieved market leadership in the Dutch market in 2025 YTD.
He began his career in human resources developing management and organizational expertise, before transitioning to sales and marketing to make a direct impact through customer-focused strategies and market-driven innovation.
