Lexus Cambridge has picked up the Lexus Kiwami 2025 award, recognising the Centre as a top-performing Lexus retailer in Europe.
The Kiwami Awards honour the retailers that best embody the brand’s core value of ‘Omotenashi’ – the Japanese spirit of hospitality. Over 300 official Lexus retailers across Europe were eligible. Lexus Cambridge was one of 19 European Lexus Centres to receive the accolade and one of 2 in the UK.

Lexus Cambridge received the Kiwami Award for demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, not only in how the team prepares for every customer interaction, but in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
This recognition follows Lexus Cambridge winning the Centre of the Year Award at the annual Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards earlier this year.
All of this year’s Kiwami Award winners were rewarded with a three-day experience in Budapest, where they took part in immersive team-building activities, a gala evening and a range of creative cultural activities.
