Carryns has appointed Joelle Timperley as chief financial officer and a director of the Company with effect from 5 January 2026.
Timperley is a chartered accountant and CIMA Fellow and brings with her many years of relevant finance experience.
Most recently she was CFO at Hynamics UK, a subsidiary of EDF Group and prior to that she held senior finance and legal roles within Iveco Group and Immergas Group.
She is replacing Michael Warren who, after 10 years as finance director of the Company, is retiring.
Michael will step down from the Board on 5 January 2026 but will continue to work with Timperley to ensure a smooth transition.
