Vauxhall managing director Steve Catlin has left the company eight months into the job.
Eurig Druce, Stellantis UK group managing director has taken leadership of Vauxhall directly, alongside his current responsibility of Stellantis UK market.
InJune this year Vauxhall Catlin as managing director. He returned to the company having started his career at Vauxhall 20 years ago as a performance analyst.
He worked his way up to Retail Sales Director by 2012. Following his departure in 2015, he has worked with Saab, SEAT, Audi, and most recently as MD of Volvo Car Financial Services UK.
Catlin filled the position left vacant with the departure of James Taylor in February. Taylor subsequently turned up as managing director of Nissan UK.
Vauxhall’s leadership team is boosted with the appointment of Michael Auliar in the new year as commercial director, reporting to Druce.
Auliar joined Stellantis in April 2025, reporting to Zineb Ghout, Peugeot Enlarged Europe SVP, responsible for the sales and marketing in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium.
Druce said: “Vauxhall is a British brand with a proud history dating back over 120 years to its roots in 1903.
