KGM Motors UK has promoted Stephen Bucci to the position of Aftersales Director.
Bucci will lead the company’s aftersales strategy across the UK, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, strengthening dealer support and driving continued growth in service performance.
He said: “I am delighted to be appointed Aftersales Director at KGM Motors UK. Since joining the company in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleagues and dedicated dealership partners. Together, we’ve achieved so much and I’m truly grateful for the journey so far.
“This next chapter is about building on that foundation, driving customer‑centric excellence, and continuing to strengthen the momentum across our network. I’m excited for what lies ahead and look forward to shaping the future with such a talented team.”
Bucci joined the organisation in November 2018 as Regional Aftersales Manager and progressed to the role of General Manager Service Operations in February 2024.
Joining the senior management team, he will work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, marketing and franchising to ensure that aftersales remains fully aligned with the company’s broader strategic objectives and brand ambitions in the UK market.
