The Chevrolet Silverado EV enters its second year on the market with significant improvements in range and price.

For 2025, the WT now offers multiple battery options (previously, only one was available). The smallest, the Standard Range battery, will now be available to both fleet and retail customers in WT form. Customers can also choose from LT and RST models, with the RST offering multiple battery options.
Pricing for the 2025 Silverado EV starts at $57,095 for a WT with the new Standard Range battery, a combination that boasts an EPA-estimated range of 282 miles, 8,500 pounds of towing capacity, and 2,350 pounds of payload capacity. Chevy announced the Standard Range battery option will arrive later in the year.

The WT can also be equipped with Extended Range and Max Range batteries, offering EPA range estimates of 422 miles and 492 miles, respectively. These WT versions are only available for fleet customers, starting at $69,495 with the Extended Range battery and $77,795 with the Max Range battery. All WT versions deliver 510 hp.
The pricing and range mark a major improvement over the 2024 WT, which featured a single battery option with a 450-mile EPA range estimate and a starting price of $79,800.
2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV
The 2025 Silverado EV for retail customers is now available in a new LT model, starting at $75,195. The LT exclusively features the Extended Range battery, delivering an EPA range estimate of 408 miles, and produces 645 hp. It is rated for 12,500 pounds of towing capacity and 1,800 pounds of payload capacity.
The LT will also be offered later in the year as the LT Premium Package, starting at $81,995. This version includes extras such as the Multi-Flex Midgate, Super Cruise, and 22-inch wheels (up from the standard 18-inch wheels). However, the range estimate drops to 390 miles.

For 2025, the performance-oriented RST is now a regular production model. It can be equipped with either the Extended Range battery (390-mile estimate) or the Max Range battery (460-mile estimate). The RST starts at $89,395 with the Extended Range battery and $97,895 with the Max Range battery. It comes standard with 24-inch wheels and offers up to 760 hp.
The RST also includes the new Sidewinder feature as standard equipment. Sidewinder, Chevy’s branding for GMC’s CrabWalk mode, allows the vehicle to drive diagonally at speeds of up to 20 mph by turning all four wheels in the same direction. This feature enhances maneuverability in off-road conditions and tight parking spaces.
