2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia loses trim levels, gains Tributo Italiano limited edition

The Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan lineup shrinks from three grades to one for 2025, but gains a new limited-edition model.

A single trim level replaces the previous Sprint, Ti, and Veloce grades. The Giulia Quadrifoglio performance model already departed earlier this year with a Super Sport special edition. That means the only available powertrain is now a 2.0-liter turbo-4 producing 280 hp and 306 lb-ft of torque.

An 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters is standard, along with rear-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is still available. Alfa claims a 5.1-second 0-60 mph time and a 149-mph top speed.

The single 2025-model-year trim level comes standard with leather upholstery, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, wireless device charging, and the expected array of driver aids. An optional Veloce Package adds red brake calipers, sport seats with a power bolster, and a limited-slip differential. A Verde Fangio Metallic (green) paint color is new for 2025.

A new Tributo Italiano limited edition incorporates some features that are optional on the base case, such as 19-inch wheels and the limited-slip differential, as well as a model-specific rear fascia that incorporates a diffuser, adaptive dampers, and a Harman Kardon audio system. Alfa refers to the Tributo Italiano as a limited-production model, but has not said how many examples will be built.

The same changes are being applied to the related Alfa Romeo Stelvio crossover for 2025, and both models received a large number of updates for the 2024 model year. The current gasoline Giulia will reportedly be replaced by an EV in 2026, with an electric replacement for the Stelvio arriving the year before.
