Georgia O’Leary (pictured), sales manager at Vertu Worcester Citroen, has been named Sales Manager of the Year (Small Retailer) at Citroen’s annual awards ceremony which took place at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel.
O’Leary received the award due to her outstanding leadership, commitment to customer service, and sales performance.
She said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have won this award. It is a real honour to be recognised amongst so many talented colleagues across the Citroen network.
“I love what I do, and this achievement is a testament to the hard work of my incredible team at Vertu Worcester Citroen.
“I hope this inspires more women to pursue leadership roles in the motor industry.”
The award highlights Vertu’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering diversity.

Ashley Platts, sales executive at Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield, has been named number one performer across over 10,000 mystery shops conducted by Performance in People (PIP) on behalf of 12 major automotive manufacturers.
Based on the Benchmarking Mystery Shop (BMS) score, PIP measures critical customer engagement metrics such as helpfulness, attentiveness, and overall service.
The accolade highlights Platts’ dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and building genuine rapport with every visitor to the showroom.
He received a well-deserved award, a bottle of champagne, and £500 in vouchers.
