Vertu has completed an extensive redevelopment of its Ford dealership in Hartlepool into a new BYD retail site.
The dealer Group invested over £500k to rebrand and refit the Ford site to meet BYD’s showroom standards, offering new and used car sales, alongside servicing. The Brenda Road site will retain its status as a Ford Authorised Repairer, ensuring continuity for existing customers.

The redeveloped site is Vertu’s third BYD dealership. It features a suite of modern facilities tailored to BYD’s electric vehicle offering, including dedicated EV servicing bays, rapid charging stations, and a digitally enhanced showroom experience.
Customers will be welcomed by a robot concierge, an interactive AI assistant designed to provide product information, manage appointments, and support service enquiries.
