Harris Maxus UK has announced the appointment of key staff to boost its aftersales operation in the UK.
The importer said it currently has 18 new dealerships coming on board
“We’re ensuring that aftersales is the beating heart of Harris MAXUS UK,” said Michael Ward, newly appointed aftersales director.
“We’re investing in the network, people, infrastructure, systems and training at a level that sets a new precedent for this company, and a new benchmark in our sector.
It means stronger support for dealers and world-class service for customers, wherever they are in the UK.”
The group has also appointed Brian Anderson as head of service quality, Gary Smith, fleet aftersales manager, Tom Banfield, head of dealer aftersales and Carl Copestake, Alan Lindsay and Byran Jeffrey as regional aftersales managers.
“Aftersales is not an afterthought for Harris MAXUS UK,” added Ward, “it’s central to our strategy.
“With rapid network growth, a strengthened leadership team and significant investment in systems, people and training, we are committed to delivering the most comprehensive aftersales support package in the UK market.”
