Manheim strengthens auction management team

Manheim Auction Services, part of Cox Automotive Europe, has appointed Ben Musther as general manager of Manheim Leeds, and Jason Lee as general manager of Manheim Bristol.

Musther brings over 20 years of experience with Manheim, having held a variety of operational roles across the business.

Lee brings extensive leadership experience in high-volume, customer-focused operations, including five years managing Copart’s Bristol site, and over a decade at Asda, where he led major strategic initiatives and large teams.

His appointment sees him take the helm at one of Manheim’s flagship sites, where he will focus on operational excellence and customer delivery.

“Ben and Jason’s appointments complete what is now a highly experienced and capable leadership team,” said David Parnham, senior director – Manheim Auction Services.

“We’ve built a team that combines deep operational knowledge with a clear focus on customer delivery, and that puts us in a great position to support our customers through a fast-changing market.

“These two appointments are a great example of how we continue to invest in home-grown talent that understands our business and our customers inside out.”
