Lithia UK is to sponsor Nottingham Pride 2025, has reaffirmed its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and active community engagement.
The annual Nottingham Pride celebration will take place on Saturday 26th July 2025, bringing together thousands from across the Midlands and beyond to celebrate LGBTQIA+ identity, visibility and equality.
Lithia UK employees will join the parade and supporting local LGBTQIA+ organisations throughout the event.
On the day, over 30 Lithia UK team members and their families will march in the parade alongside a BMW X7 wrapped in a custom Pride livery.
Sian Hall, UK people director at Lithia UK, said: “We believe in driving progress not just on the road, but in our community. Participating in the city’s Pride is a meaningful way for us to champion diversity and demonstrate how we stand beside our LGBTQIA+ employees and our customers.”
Throughout Pride Month, Lithia UK has also been sharing informative and inspiring content with employees highlighting the history of Pride, promoting LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and encouraging allyship across the business.
This sponsorship aligns with Lithia’s wider Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including employee resource groups, community partnerships and a workplace culture that embraces openness and respect.
