Christian Butschok-Brain has been promoted to the newly created role of head of strategic development at Leasing Options.
In his new position, he will support sales director Pete White and the wider Sales team to lead training, team development, and commercial performance initiatives. He will also directly support the evolution of Leasing Options’ sales function and customer experience.
He said: “I’m incredibly proud to be taking on this new role at such an exciting time for Leasing Options.
“Having worked across both the Pricing and Sales teams, I’ve seen first-hand the talent and ambition we have throughout the business.
“I’m looking forward to helping drive forward key initiatives that will support our team, improve our systems, and ultimately create a better experience for our customers and partners.”
Systems development a key part of the new role, supporting the work of COO Mike Thompson and IT Director Ben Durkin.
Butschok-Brain will also support Harrison Walsh, head of procurement and Thompson in strengthening relationships with third party partners such as funders, dealers and OEM’s.
