Kia has announced UK pricing and specifications for the new EV6 GT and the EV9 GT.
Pricing for the EV6 GT starts at £59,985 (a £2,690 reduction in its on-the-road price) while pricing for the EV9 GT starts at £82,185 (on-the-road) in seven-seat format, and £83,185 for the six-seat model.
Order books for the EV6 GT opened yesterday, with first customer deliveries also due to commence in the coming days. First UK customer deliveries for the EV9 GT are due to commence in late Q3 2025.
At a 350kW charging station, the new EV6 GT can be charged from 10-to-80% in just 18 minutes.
Powered by a 84kWh battery pack (8.5% bigger than the previous generation EV6 GT battery), it boasts a range of up to 279 miles (WLTP).
The EV9 GT’s 99.8 kWh battery pack enables a WLTP ‘combined’ range of up to 280 miles on a single charge. Its 800-volt fast charging architecture enables the EV9 GT to charge from 10-to-80% in 24 minutes from a 350kW DC fast charger.
