Marubeni Auto Investment COO and MD of Norton Way Group Jason Cranswick has left the business.
The move was announced by Cranswick on LinkedIn where he said the time had come to “turn the page” and move on to “an exciting new chapter” In his career.
“After nearly four years as Chief Operating Officer of Marubeni Auto Investment (UK), and over two years proudly leading Norton Way Group as Managing Director, the time has come for me to turn the page and begin an exciting new chapter in my career.
“It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented colleagues and partners, and I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.
“From navigating significant industry shifts to establishing new teams and businesses whilst enhancing the customer experience, the journey has been deeply rewarding. I leave with nothing but gratitude and admiration for the people I’ve worked with, and I wish everyone continued success as they build on the great progress we’ve made.”
Cranswick has been preparing for his exit, completing two qualifications: the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and the Non-Executive Director Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
“These experiences are broadening my perspective and sharpening my leadership capabilities — all part of a wider commitment to lifelong learning.
He is also writing a book on leadership and performance, has a podcast in the offing and is interested in new opportunities in executive leadership, non-executive roles, or advisory and coaching capacities.
