Jason Cranswick, ex-managing director of Norton Way, has been appointed an adviser with Jumptech.

Cranswick will support its Dealer Home Charge business following its acquisition of Affinity EV.

Cranswick has held senior leadership roles at Volkswagen Group, Jardine Motors, Cinch, and most recently as managing director of Norton Way (Marubeni).

Jumptech’s Dealer Home Charge business enables OEMs and dealer groups to integrate EV charging into the vehicle sales process.

Dealerships can now offer charger installations at the point of sale with installations delivered through Jumptech’s networks.

Phil Nunn, Founder and CEO of Jumptech, said: “Jason’s knowledge of automotive retail and digital innovation is unmatched.

“His perspective will be instrumental as we scale Dealer Home Charge and deepen our partnerships with OEMs and dealer groups.

“With his guidance, we’ll help the industry sell more EVs, protect brand reputation, and give customers a seamless transition from showroom to driveway.”

Cranswick said: “Having seen first-hand how complex this challenge is for dealers, I’m excited to help Jumptech bridge the gap between the automotive and energy sectors at scale.”
