Gemini Systems and Mad Devs have partnered to improve dealership efficiency and aid compliance procedures.

The integration of Gemini Systems’ Evolution Dealer Management System (DMS) and Mad Devs’ iStoreDOCS will result in seamless customer experience and dealerships will no longer need to worry about rekeying.

Craig Hyndman, director of innovations at Gemini Systems, said: “With our Open Systems Interface, we make it easy for external partners to connect their systems to the DMS environment, providing read/write access to a range of data including customer accounts, vehicle details, service booking slots and inventory information, giving the dealer the choice of using the best of breed solutions in the market, whilst eliminating the need for double keying.”

Evolution DMS is currently used in more than 600 locations in the UK by dealerships, including multi-franchise dealer groups, car supermarkets and independent garages.

Hyndman added: “The goal for any dealership is a smoothly running operation where every department works in harmony.

“Our software helps a dealers team spend more time with customers, enhancing customer experience, boosting service and driving sales, rather than being tied up with paperwork and admin tasks.”

Furthermore, Mad Devs’ iStoreDOCS facilitates omnichannel retail and aims to enhance the sales experience for both the customer and the car dealer.

Dealers can meet compliance standards in their sales and service operations through the use of iStoreDOCS, replacing traditional paper-based operations.

Daniel Rea, sales director at Mad Devs, said: “Gemini Systems and Mad Devs share a passion for doing what’s right for the dealer. An open approach to integration means dealers benefit from powerful data insight that drives better decision-making and ultimately improves profitability.”

Most recently, iStoreDOCS has been adopted by Hatfields Group and Pentagon Group.
