First Response Motor Finance adopts new iVendi technology which extends dealer reach.

The company can now provide faster and easier online quoting and application processes for thousands of used car, bike and van retailers.

Jonathan Such, head of sales at First Response, said: “As a business, we are very much focussed on strong dealer relationships and customer-first service. The new iVendi technology will allow us to make significant gains in both of these areas.

“Not only will we be able to process quotes and applications almost instantly for our existing dealers and their customers but the door is now open to working with a wide pool of used vehicle retailers who have signed up to use the new iVendi platform and can access our products and exceptional service offering for the first time.”

First Response are the first non-prime lender to sign up to the new iVendi channel.

James Tew, CEO at iVendi, said: “It’s important that our new platform is used by a wide variety of lenders in order to offer genuine choice of risk appetite for dealers and their customers, so we’re very pleased to see First Response using this channel.

“We’ve been working with the business since 2016 and know they provide a crucial option for people with less-than-perfect credit scores who may have faced financial setbacks and who want or need to buy a car, bike or van.”
