The Farizon SV has qualified for the Government’s £5,000 Plug-in Van Grant (PiVG), bringing the starting price down to just £40,000 for the L1 H1 67 kWh model.

The PiVG reduction is available across the entire Farizon SV line-up, the L1 H2, L2 H2, L2 H3 and L3 H3 configurations.

Kate McLaren, head of marketing and sales operations at Jameel Motors UK, said: “Businesses and fleets expect more from their electric vans; more practicality, more range, more features, and with lower costs.

“The Farizon SV has set a new benchmark, with its combination of capabilities, performance and unrivalled standard equipment. And now the PiVG qualification makes it exceptional value.”

The SV delivers a WLTP range of up to 342 miles (city), and up to 247 miles (combined), while a 20 to 80 per cent top-up charge can be completed in 36 minutes.

The Farizon SV features advanced innovations, including drive-by-wire technology, a unique b-pillarless design and cell-to-pack battery packaging, which combine to deliver cargo capacity, payload, range and an ultra-low loading height.

A single highly-specified trim level includes several features as standard, including a unique payload monitoring system, heated seats, heated multifunction steering wheel, heated windscreen, 360-degree surround view, and a comprehensive suite of ADAS safety systems.

The SV has also earned the highest five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.
