Bristol Street Motors Silverlink wins Hyundai Customer Experience Award

 Bristol Street Motors Silverlink Hyundai has won the ‘Hyundai Customer Experience Award 2024’ for the UK.

Hyundai gifted them £1,000 as part of an award win. The accolade recognises dealership teams which constantly receive top feedback from customers in anonymous surveys.

The award will be formally presented to the dealership’s General Manager Paul Walton at Hyundai’s European Retailer Conference in Barcelona.

In addition, Hyundai Motor UK has provided £1,000 for Paul to treat his team to an activity in acknowledgment of their collective efforts.

Walton said: “This award is a testament to the commitment and excellence of our entire team.

“I’m really proud of everyone here for their contribution because the criteria looks across the whole board at every single aspect of a customer’s journey with us, from the moment they make a phone call, or walk through the door, to after they leave the forecourt, with our after sales support.

“This is an exceptional achievement from an exceptional team and well-deserved recognition for the work they deliver day-in, day-out. It’s brilliant that Hyundai has recognised that and made sure the prize is one that everyone can enjoy, because they honestly deserve it.”
