Motor industry charity Ben has launched an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training course for all employees in automotive.
This four-hour course is deliverable face-to-face or virtually and helps automotive workers and their employers foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Course participants will have open conversations about the significance of EDI in the workplace, learn how unconscious bias operates and explore practical ways to embed inclusive practices across their organisation.
Ben Training is rooted in support as all profits generated from course bookings support Ben’s mission of providing free, confidential health and wellbeing support for life to those who work, or have worked, in the automotive industry and their families.
Julie Hayes, specialist services lead at Ben, said: “We’re delighted to be launching our new Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training today.
“EDI training helps build a fairer, more respectful, and more innovative workplace while also driving business success.
“With over 120 years serving the automotive industry, we’re best placed to support automotive workers, offering the training needed to help them to live well and work well, as well as working closely with employers to build a resilient and motivated workforce.
