BCA demonstrates Q1 strength with remarketing deals

BCA has reported a strong first quarter of 2024, confirming that new and renewed remarketing deals represent a further 75,000 vehicles from franchised and non-franchised dealers.

Dealers are also adopting BCA Dealer Pro, a vehicle appraisal app managing the part-exchange process either in the showroom or remotely.

Craig Purvey, BCA CCO, said: “The BCA client teams have been exceptionally busy over recent weeks renewing remarketing, logistics, inspection and new vehicle services deals with a range of motor industry customers.

“BCA has won and retained business representing around 75,000 vehicles in recent weeks and this reflects our innovative and flexible approach to developing partnerships that really meet the needs of our customers.

“With our online sales programme offering thousands of vehicles each week, our buyer customers can be confident that they will be presented with the stock they need, when they need it.”

Retained remarketing agreements include a two-year deal with JCB Group (2,500 vehicles annually) and Sinclair Group (4,000 vehicles).

BCA also reported a two-year remarketing partnership with Renault Retail (7,000 units), a one-year deal with John Clark will remarket around 3,000 vehicles and a two year agreement with JCT (9,000 units).

In addition, Eden Group has agreed a three-year remarketing renewal, (3,000 vehicles annually) while Ancaster Group have a three-year exclusive remarketing arrangement with BCA (6,000 vehicles).

New agreements include Sandal BMW’s 12-month agreement with BCA to (1,000 vehicles).
