Arnold Clark is to represent Maserati for the first time with dealerships in Glasgow and Manchester.

The Maserati representation brings the total number of car brands on Armold Clark’s books to 33.

Models on display include the Grecale, a mid-sized SUV, available in both petrol and electric form, the four-seater GranTurismo coupé, GranCabrio and the MC20 supercar.

Callum Rankin, group brand director at Arnold Clark, said: ‘We’re proud to welcome Maserati to the Arnold Clark family.

Mariangela Del Vecchio, head of Maserati North Europe, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Arnold Clark to the Maserati family.

‘They have a hard-earned reputation for high-quality customer service and we look forward to serving Glasgow and Manchester and their surrounding areas with our beautifully crafted and designed cars, made in Italy, in the coming months and years.’

Maserati ahs been struggling with sales. In the UK in the year to May sales are down 42% to 138 units. In 2024, worldwide a total of 14,700 Maserati vehicles were sold, a decrease of 12 thousand units compared to 2023.

Maserati said the decline was “mainly influenced” by lower Grecale volumes, reduced appetite for western OEM luxury products in China and range cuts.
