Arnold Clark accelerates roll-out of digital marketing strategy

Arnold Clark pushed ahead with the roll-out of its digital programme in 2024 to enhance the customer experience on- and off-line.

Its Customer Mobile App has become a key component of both its digital and business strategy, with over 1.3m downloads since launch.

Key enhancements include integration with its EV Charging Network called Arnold Clark. Charge and Arnold Clark Rewards, giving customers access to a range of rewards.

Its website saw a 19% increase in active users in 2024 against the prior year.

The group also introduced enhancements to its Live Chat and WhatsApp.capabilities for online reservations helped to drive customer engagement.

The dealer group said over 90% of its customers now using its online check-in facility. It also gives customers the ability to approve work remotely. with over 150,000 customers taking advantage of this.

“This ensures requested work is completed efficiently and reduces vehicle collection times,” it said.
